1. Cut the sausage into cubes of medium size.

3. Beat the eggs, salt, pepper, pour in the milk. Whisk until smooth.

• 100 ml of milk;

• red and green sweet peppers;

1. Wash all the vegetables thoroughly, remove the seeds and tails from the pepper.

2. If you have frozen beans, fill it with boiling water for 1-2 minutes, then rinse.

• 100 ml of milk and cream;

1. Peel the shrimps from shells, place in a frying pan, greased with butter.

• Almost every recipe is recommended to whip the yolks separately from the proteins – it is necessary that the omelet is lush, and not in the form of a pancake. But if you cook a large quantity of dish from 7-8 eggs or more, then the eggs can be beaten before cooking, without separating the yolks from the proteins, the omelet and so it will turn out to be voluminous and lush.

• For the splendor of the omelette, you can also add a little ordinary flour when whipping, but note that this ingredient will make the dish more caloric.

• If you put a couple of spoons of fresh sour cream into the egg-milk mixture, the taste of the omelet will turn out to be gently creamy. The same effect is achieved when cooking on creamy, rather than vegetable, oil.

• Omelette is a wonderful, satisfying and healthy breakfast for children. If your baby is not very fond of eggs, you can decorate the dish with brightly cut vegetables or, for example, corn, green peas, cherry tomatoes, giving an ordinary omelette an interesting and appetizing look.
